Half board, especially the evening meal which was put up on the board early in the day.

Thank God we booked a sea view on the sunny side of the hotel in December

Nice hotel by the sea. Nice staff. Room 411 had a bathroom that smelled really bad. Room 407 has poor wifi connection.

Amazing view of the sea view apartment, modern, free parking in front of hotel (limited places but we got one).

The bed/pillow was not very comfortable. We could hear the sounds of elevator.

Central hotel to explore the area at a very reasonable price. Would recommend upgrading to a room with a sea view.

The location was very central and there is a private underground car park 50 metres away which the staff showed me in person. The room was very spacious with comfortable beds but the highlight was the amazing sea views with a spacious balcony. The staff were excellent and allowed us use the car park for an extra hour after we checked out which was a great help.

The decor is a bit dated but it did not take away from our enjoyment .

This was a very clean, central hotel and for the price it is very good value for money.

I loved the location, it was right on the sea front and in the middle of the town. The hotel had lovely friendly staff and it was noce to sit out and have a drink at night. It also had a nice beach area and bar.

I got bit to bits as I had the top room with a great big balcony/terrace but there was a lot of insects at night.

Not a 4 stars hotel

Location, right on the beach. Many restaurants, bars, coffee shops around. Breakfast is another pro.

Our room was facing the main street and it was very noisy at night. Furniture is old, the bed in double room is very small. Not by far a 4 stars hotel, towels changed rarely and bed sheets never in a week.. And even if the beach belongs to the hotel, you have to pay for sunbeds.

Great place to chill out

We hadn't stayed in this hotel before, we usually stay in one about a mile further up the road. This one is better, though. The sea view is excellent, of course, but the hotel is located near some great little local bars (on the town side of the hotel) and near the shops. There is also a great-value beach restaurant, and the hotel has its own beach bar so you can get a cold one while you're on the sunloungers.

The hotel is slightly further on from the chiringuitos out towards the edge of town, so it's either a long walk, or a short drive, or go to the couple of more expensive ones nearby.

Wonderful

Big room with comfortable beds. Clean. Excellent breakfast. Nearby there is lots of taverns and pizzas.

The air conditioner is very close to the beds. It's hard to park at the hotel parking during the summer. Unfortunately our room was with a street view. Maybe it is a good idea to reserve one with a sea view

Very Good

This was indeed a very good location, right on the beach. There were lots of restaurants, "chiringuitos", ice cream parlors and shops of all kinds around, within easy walking distance.

For anyone who has not been here, it might be helpful if they would trim the trees that cover part of the sign for the hotel. Parking is non-existent, and the hotel could do a much better job of pointing out that the parking they offer is not attached to the hotel, but rather across the street, with no clear markings! It is a challenge to park a large car in the underground location and trying to haul a suitcase up the stairs or ramp requires muscles, to say the least. Street parking in Rincón de la Victoria is non-existent. But the bus system works quite well. As far as chairs at the beach (hamacas), the "system" could use a lot of improvement. It seemed to be impossible to reserve an "hamaca." So if you wanted a good location, you would have to put your towel down at 7:30 in the morning--not the best reservation system.
